How to use:
1. Use a pencil to draw in the missing hairs from the eyebrow peak to the end of the eyebrow.
2. Apply powder from the end of the eyebrow to the top of the eyebrow.
Finish by blending the top of the eyebrow and the drawn line with a finishing brush!
